Every capture is a fight
Take a piece and the two meet on the square. The attacker walks up and strikes, sparks fly, the board shakes, and the defender goes down. Some armies fight more brutally than others; the rules never change.
- Real chess underneath: castling, en passant, promotion, check and mate, all by the rules.
- Slow, normal or fast animation, and a switch for quick, plain captures when you would rather just play.
- Checkmate gets a finale of its own.

Eleven armies, every piece its own model
All six piece types in both colours, each with its own walk, strike and fall. Pick your army before a game, and switch whenever you like.
